Terms of service.

Obligation of the client:

  • Please remove hazardous items: broken glass, needles.

  • Zero tolerance policy for harassment towards any Miss Eco Clean staff member.

  • Please inform us of any broken items in the home which may result in accidents or damage.

  • Additional service requests are always welcome, please let us know seven days in advance to provide a price and alter our schedule.

Skipped Cleans:

If a client skips within 24 hours of the booked service if the reason is not an emergency. There will be a charge of half of their regular cleaning fee.

Lockouts:

If Miss Eco Clean staff arrive at the home for a service and are unable to access the home, the client will be charged half of their regular cleaning fee.

Sickness:

Please let us know as soon as possible if you or anyone in your home is unwell so we can reschedule your clean. We will do the same in return.

Social Media Content:

We assume that clients do not want images of their homes posted online. We will always ask for consent before taking any photos of a home with intent to post them on social media.

Security:

Keys and pin codes are used when entering or exiting a property by Miss Eco Clean staff only.

Confidentiality:

All private information and business information of our clients is confidential.

Payment Terms:

Client invoices are sent out late in the afternoon or early evening every working day. Payment is due upon receipt.

If the invoice is not paid within 24 hours of receipt you will receive a friendly reminder text.

Fees:

In the event of price increases, clients will be notified with a minimum of two weeks notice.
