  • Which suburbs do we service?

    We service Tauranga and its surrounding suburbs. E.g., Matua, Otūmoetai, Bethlehem, Mount Manganui.

  • What are our business hours?

    Typically our hours are between 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday. However, we can be flexible when needed.

  • How do the estimates work?

    After a little tour of the home, we will discuss which options will be most suitable. Within one working day, Caitlin will send through the estimate, with clear prices and explanations on what the cleans will entail.

  • How much do our services cost?

    We price each job individually based on the specific needs of the space. Every home is unique, and we tailor our services to match.

  • Can I request specific areas to be cleaned?

    Of course! We customise our services to focus on what you need most.

  • Are there any additional fees?

    Any additional fees are always discussed up front, so no surprise fees!

  • Can I get extra housework done?

    Yes absolutely! Let Caitlin know if you would like some help with household chores. E.g., laundry, dishes, bed-making. Yes, there is a small additional charge (from $15) for extra services, but no surprises!

  • How do I pay?

    Within 24 hours of the clean you will be emailed an invoice, payment is due upon receipt. Our banking details will be at the bottom of the invoice. If the invoice has not been paid within 24 hours of it being sent, you will be sent a text as a reminder that payment is due.

  • Do we use our own professional equipment?

    Yes! For each clean, we bring all our own equipment:

    Sanitised cloths & mop heads

    Disinfected sponges & brushes

    Commercial vacuum & mop
